Return & Refund Policy
All products sold through JorgeDaCruzArtwork / noTattoo are made individually on demand, specifically for each order. Production, shipping, and returns are carried out through a professional print-on-demand fulfillment partner.
JorgeDaCruzArtwork / noTattoo is the seller of record and remains fully responsible for every order, including customer communication, support, and the handling of returns, replacements, or refunds, in accordance with applicable EU consumer law.
This shop operates as an artist-run studio. Each item is produced only after it is ordered, helping reduce overproduction and waste. For this reason, returns are handled under the specific conditions outlined below.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.
For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
When an issue is confirmed as a production or fulfillment error, it will be resolved at no additional cost to you.
To report a problem, please include:
Your order number
A short description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging, where applicable
Returns & Return Address
Returns are processed through our fulfillment partner’s return facility. Once a returned shipment is received, an automated notification may be issued.
Unclaimed returns are held for a limited period and may be donated to charity after 30 days. If a return address other than the designated facility is used, responsibility for the returned shipment lies with the recipient.
Incorrect or Insufficient Shipping Address
If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided and the courier cannot deliver the package, the shipment may be returned.
In such cases, reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer once a corrected address is confirmed.
Unclaimed Shipments
Shipments that go unclaimed and are returned may be reshipped at the customer’s expense, where possible. If reshipment is not requested or not possible, the item may be donated without refund.
Buyer’s Remorse & Size Exchanges
Because all items are made to order, returns or refunds due to buyer’s remorse are not accepted.
Size exchanges or discretionary returns are not offered as standard. If an exception is made, any replacement or re-order must be covered by the customer.
Please carefully consult size charts and product descriptions before placing an order.
Health & Hygiene Items
Certain items, including but not limited to sealed or hygiene-sensitive goods, cannot be returned once opened, for health and safety reasons.
Returned items that fall under these categories are not eligible for refund or reshipment.
EU Consumer Notice
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized
Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons
As all products sold through JorgeDaCruzArtwork / noTattoo are produced on demand, return requests may be refused in accordance with this directive.
Governing Language
This policy is available in English, German, Portuguese, and Spanish.
In case of any inconsistency or interpretation question, the English version shall prevail.
