Products sold through JorgeDaCruzArtwork / noTATTOO Berlin are produced in small quantities or on demand. Some orders may be manufactured, packed and shipped by professional fulfilment partners.
Processing & Production
Because many products are made or prepared specifically after an order is placed, please allow time for production before shipping.
Production times may vary depending on the product, availability and fulfilment location.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information where available.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method selected.
Please note that production time and shipping time are separate.
Where a specific delivery period is provided during checkout, we will aim to deliver within that period. If no specific delivery time has been agreed, delivery will be handled in accordance with applicable EU consumer law.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates and may occasionally be affected by postal delays, customs procedures or other circumstances outside our direct control.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent once the order has been dispatched.
Tracking information is provided by the shipping carrier and may sometimes take time to update.
If tracking shows an unusual status or you believe your parcel has been delivered incorrectly, please contact us so that we can investigate the shipment.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, the shipment may be returned.
Where reshipment is possible, additional shipping costs may apply.
Unclaimed Shipments
If a parcel is not collected from a post office, parcel shop or other delivery location and is returned, please contact us.

Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us.
We will review the tracking information and, where necessary, contact the shipping or fulfilment provider to investigate.
Please report potentially lost parcels as soon as possible and preferably within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where possible, please provide:
your order number
photographs of the packaging
photographs of the damaged product
a short description of the problem
We will review the case and arrange an appropriate solution where required.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available depending on the destination and product.
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes or handling fees.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product or shipping price and may be payable by the recipient.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may contain products produced at different fulfilment locations.
For this reason, products from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate parcels and at different times.
Where available, separate tracking information will be provided for each shipment.
Delivery Responsibility
When shipping is arranged by us, responsibility for the goods remains with us until they are delivered to you or to a person you have designated to receive them, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
