They may not be reproduced, copied, modified, published, distributed or used commercially without prior permission.

Purchasing a product or object does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights in the artwork or design represented on it.

Tattoo designs remain protected artistic works even after they have been tattooed or reproduced in another form.

Tattoo work presented on this website is part of the artistic practice of Jorge da Cruz / noTATTOO Berlin.

Tattoo appointments are arranged directly with Jorge da Cruz. Availability, design development, placement, pricing and appointment details are discussed individually before confirmation.

Sending an enquiry does not automatically constitute a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed only after the relevant details have been agreed directly.

The online shop offers limited-edition clothing, embroidered pieces, patches, headwear and other objects connected to the artistic practice of Jorge da Cruz and noTATTOO Berlin.

Many products originate from tattoo drawings, artworks or other images developed within this practice.

Edition sizes and product availability are stated on the relevant product pages.

Limited editions may remain visible on the website after selling out as part of the shop archive.

Unless otherwise stated, sold-out limited editions are not restocked.

We aim to describe and photograph all products as accurately as possible.

Small variations may occur in embroidery, textiles, printing, colour, positioning or finish as a natural result of production processes.

Colours may also appear slightly different depending on the screen or device being used.

These minor variations do not necessarily constitute a defect where they are normal characteristics of the production process.

All prices are shown in euros unless otherwise stated.

Applicable shipping costs and other charges will be displayed before the order is completed.

The total price payable will be shown during checkout.

Products can be selected and placed in the shopping cart through the online shop.

Before submitting an order, customers have the opportunity to review and correct the information entered.

By completing checkout, the customer submits a binding order for the selected products.
