We like embroidery
There is something honest about embroidery.
It demands patience, simplification, and attention to detail. What appears as a small image from a distance reveals itself up close as thousands of individual stitches building texture, contrast, and presence. For us, embroidery feels less like decoration and more like drawing with thread.
Embroidery slows images down. In a world built around screens, speed, and endless reproduction, embroidery remains physical. Every line must be stitched, every surface constructed thread by thread. The result is an image that occupies space differently — something to wear, touch, and live with over time.

This limited edition hoodie is developed through the visual language of noSHBerlin, moving between tattoo culture, medieval imagery, and contemporary urban life.
The embroidered rabbit is based on one of the most unusual recurring motifs found in medieval manuscripts, where rabbits appear attacking hunters, chasing knights, carrying weapons, and reversing the natural order of the world around them.
The drawing was created by noTATTOO Berlin in collaboration with a client and later tattooed at Visions of Ecstasy Studio in Berlin. From manuscript to tattoo and from tattoo to embroidery, the image carries a playful and subversive character that continues to resist a single interpretation centuries later — suspended somewhere between humour, folklore, rebellion, and visual absurdity.
The complete story behind the tattoo can be found in the journal.
The Basic Grey colour reinforces the everyday quality of the garment. Familiar, functional, and intentionally understated, it provides a quiet backdrop for the embroidered rabbit and its strange medieval history. The contrast between an ordinary colour and an unexpected image reflects a recurring interest within noSHBerlin: the encounter between everyday uniforms and unexpected stories.
Produced in small quantities without restocks, the hoodie follows a slower approach to clothing and image-making. No permanent collections. No mass production.

This limited edition hoodie is developed through the visual language of noSHBerlin, moving between tattoo culture, medieval imagery, and contemporary urban life.
The embroidered bat is based on medieval interpretations of animals created by people who often understood nature through memory, symbolism, and imagination rather than direct observation. Its distorted anatomy, awkward proportions, and unfamiliar presence became part of the image itself — suspended somewhere between folklore, drawing, and misunderstanding.
Developed in Berlin through the artistic and tattoo work of jorgedacruz, the piece reflects an ongoing interest in the relationship between historical imagery and contemporary everyday life.
The Adobe Yellow tone introduces a warm, earthy atmosphere that contrasts with the dark medieval figure embroidered at the centre of the garment. Designed for everyday use, movement through the city, and long-term wear rather than seasonal trends.
Produced in small quantities without restocks, the hoodie follows a slower approach to clothing and image-making. No permanent collections. No mass production.
